Vulcan Pain Management has a caring and dedicated staff. They always get me in and out without an overlong wait time. I also respect Dr. Mendoza' anility and experience. I feel like he is dedicated to concentrating on my needs when he is taking care of me rather than having his mind elsewhere as some doctors do.

I usually have a 5 star experience. Over the past few months, wait times have really been somewhat lengthy. 2 -3 hours is too much just sitting and hurting. I have no doubt this will be corrected in no time. Danielle and Nicole are great.

Dr. Mendoza and staff are superb! I could not ask for more. They are compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond the standards of care. Dr. Mendoza is a cut above! His staff is top notch! Dr. Mendoza is what the vast majority of medical doctors, regardless of field, should aspire to be.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Vulcan Pain Management. Not really knowing what to expect Dr. Mendoza is what a Dr. should be. He’s caring, compassionate, and attentive. He really seams to listen to his patients. He listened to everything I said. He took the time to ask questions and explain everything about who he was, what he does and seemed really genuine. A quality sorely lacking in today’s medical community. I very much appreciate him and his staff. The staff was also excellent. I can actually say I look forward to my next visit. Thank you to Dr. Mendoza and his staff. Please keep up the excellent work.

Dr Mendoza has managed my pain through major lumbar surgery and it has allowed me to continue working full time. He always knows what I need and when I need it. The staff are just outstanding.
