As a board-certified pain management specialist, Victor E. Mendoza, MD understands the frustration of living with chronic pain. At Vulcan Pain Management, with locations in Montgomery and Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Mendoza provides comprehensive and compassionate treatment options for chronic pain.
His extensive training in advanced pain management includes treating patients using interventional injection-based treatment, which involves injecting medication at the site where you might be experiencing pain. These effects are long-lasting, and Dr. Mendoza is an expert in designing pain management regimen medication for chronic pain He takes the time to evaluate each patient’s pain and ensure they are given the proper medications. Additionally, Dr. Mendoza integrates nutritional and hormonal therapies to reduce pain and improve the patient’s quality of life. He also uses hypnosis and electromagnetic therapies to treat chronic-pain syndrome.

Ketamine Infusion Therapy
Dr. Mendoza provides Comprehensive, Patient-Centered Pain Management, tailoring each treatment to the individual patient’s needs. Ketamine is very effective for refractory depression, PTSD, Substance Abuse, and other anxiety-related issues where other treatments were not successful. Dosing is individualized based on each patient’s condition and response to treatment. During all Ketamine infusions, Dr. Mendoza is actively present in the clinic and directly manages the treatment process to ensure safety and optimal care. We have treatments for 1-hour low dose, 2-hour low dose, & 3 hr or longer, please call our office.
